Please note, that paragraph 1 of article 2 Law 4276/2015, which specifies that the property, rented out as temporary accommodation for a tenant during the period of less, than thirty (30) days, should be considered as tourist accommodation, is canceled and is not valid anymore. This cancellation obviously allows renting out housing to the tourists, without time limitations, as a result, entitling any owner from now on, to let his/her property to the third parties on a daily or weekly basis, without the letting to be considered as tourist accommodation, according to which the specific requirements should be met. In any case, it is expected establishment of a new legal framework, specifying the special conditions and procedures for housing lettings. We’ll be informing you accordingly……
