The Public Ministerial Decision No. 39142/2017 was published in the Government Gazette, in which it was decided to extend the accession period regarding the provisions of Law 4178/2013 “Tackling the Arbitrary Constructions Environmental Balance and other Provisions” for categories 1, 2, 4, 5 of Article 9 of Law 4178/2013 is prolonged for 30 days from the expiry of the set deadline, with a new date set to 23-12-2017.
