Extension of residence permits and certificates of submission of third country nationals’ applications until 30/6/2022

By the decision of the Minister of Migration and Asylum, Notis Mitarachi, the period of validity of the final residence permits that have been issued in accordance with the provisions of article 139 of law 4876/2021 (A 251) and that are expiring on March 31, 2022, as well as the final residence permits and certificates of application of third country nationals that have been issued in accordance with the Law 4251/2014 (A 80) and the presidential decree 106/2007 (A 135) and that have expired from 1 January 2022 until 31 March 2022, is extended until June 30, 2022.
