Pursuant to a decision of the Deputy Minister of Citizen Protection, for the festive period of 15th August, the revoked driving licenses, license plates and vehicle registration licenses until August 9 will be returned from today, August 10. The return will not require the payment of an administrative fine, for which the regular procedure will be followed.

In the same context, the pending administrative decisions that were served pursuant to Article 103 of the Code of Civil Procedure will not be executed, for the decisions confirmed until August 9, even if they have been served.

Deductions made following the following infringements and / or by the following procedures are expressly excluded:

-Driving under the influence of alcohol

-Driving with speeding

– Violation of a red light

– Violation of the law on vehicle insurance and traffic of the uninsured

– Movement in the opposite direction

– Illegal driving, driving for competition or even improvised races

Judicial Decisions or decisions of other Authorities are executed normally.
