The Ministry of the Environment has submitted a law draft entitled "Control and protection of the built environment". This law draft includes new provisions regarding the electronic identity of the building, which will replace the provisions of Articles 1 to 4 of Law 3843/2010. Please note that the aforementioned provisions never applied before.
