The ultimate goal of the new settlements is to resolve the issue of arbitrary construction. It should also be noted that, according to the statement of the competent minister, inclusion into this new law is not mandatory, but, otherwise, sanctions are provided. The number of unfinished declarations of arbitrary constructions reaches 45%.
In conclusion, the extension of the application of arbitrary constructions was granted, with a new date of November 3rd, 2016.
